Please read this and follow these instructions each time you use your staging. This will help ensure you use your new staging safely and the equipment will provide many years of trouble free operation.

• Designate a person in your organisation who is responsible for the operation of the staging. Ensure this person has read though and understands the operating procedure of the staging. The designated person should regularly read the instructions or watch the operation video to ensure full acquaintance with operating procedure. The video can be viewed on our site at anytime. The designated person should be aware of any health and safety regulations which apply to them when using the staging.

• Always insure the staging is in good condition before use – check the condition of the risers and the platforms for any signs of wear and tear. The staging should not be used if any of the items are not in good condition as this may affect the load bearing strength. We offer a service and repair facility so if in doubt return to us for a proper inspection.

• Make sure all platforms are securely tightened to the risers and the platforms are properly located against one another and fully tightened.

• Remember to use the connecting hardware for steps (ISSJ) to connect step riser to the main stage. This is particularly important to maintain the stability of the steps.

• Do not allow children or untrained personnel to assemble the staging.

• Do not wash the skirting or use cleaning fluid on the carpet platforms. If you do please contact us.

• Always use Intellistage on a firm and level surface. Uneven surfaces can cause unequal distribution of loads within the riser unit risking damage to the unit and resulting in the weight capacity of the staging to be drastically reduced.

• Children using the staging must be supervised at ALL times.
